Planned Development Activities
The picture to the right is an aerial view of the planned
development site for the winery and vineyard. The property
is is located in Olmsted Country near Rochester, Minnesota
and is bordered West by county road 105 and on the East by
the Zumbro River.
The photo is cropped at the North and South borders of the
property and County Road 103 runs through it.
The building site may not be used in the near future with
our new facility in Rochester and the Phase II section of
the property has been sewn in Wildflowers but the Phase 1
vineyard has been producing grapes for our winery since 2008.

The Grapes
The planting
of phase 1 (shown at the very bottom of the aerial photograph)
was completed in 2005 including one acre blocks of Frontenac,
LaCrescent,
Prairie
Star, and Sabrevois.
In 2007 we removed the Sabrevois and started planting Front
Gris and are now looking to plant addition St
Pepin grapes in 2012.
