This will lead you back to the frontage road where you will take

New
Whites Released
By popular demand, we've finally released two white wines.
Prairie
Breeze (2007)
With hints of pear and tropical fruit, this delicate Minnesota wine
inspires visions of cool breezes on wide-open prairie meadows. Light
and refreshing with a buttery smooth finish, this minimally processed
white wine is the product of 100% Minnesota grown grapes. Perfect
for sipping alfresco on a sunny afternoon by the lake, this wine
is also at home by a roaring fire on a snowy evening. Excellent
with pork, pasta, seafood, or anything on the grill, this soft yet
supple wine from the Prairie Star grape compliments any venue.
Prairie
Gold (2008)
The wine from this new Minnesota Frontenac Gris grape is plump and
expressive and exhibits hints of peach, apricot, and tropical fruit.
Like its red counterpart, the wine is appealing in its boldness
that ripples through to the finish. Although fermented dry, this
fruity varietal is impressive in its depth and structure displaying
residual tanginess that coats your mouth with fun. Reminiscent of
a Chardonnay/Sauvignon Blanc blend, this wine pays homage to its
Minnesota home delivering an earthy, hearty, palate pleasing experience.
